About Us

Holgate Appraisals professionally appraises estates, personal property, collections, fine art and antiques. We are unique because we combine our appraisal service with a conservation laboratory, as such we can also authenticate and technically analyze artwork that we appraise. All our appraisals are researched and written according to the Appraisal Foundation's approved standards and regulations. Fees are strictly based on the work performed and not on the result of any expected appraisal. All client information and valuations are held in strictest confidence.
